Dude, I think you're wrong. I learned in all my DARE classes that all junkies do is go around all day and try and share their drugs with everyone. That's what drug addicts do, they just go around handing drugs to people. Maybe the the police officer telling me that was biased or something, but you'll need to provide some proof that drug addicts don't just hand out all their drugs to strangers. Why wouldn't they hand out all their drugs and share when they're addicts? That doesn't even make any sense.
