Yeah, this is pretty tame.
I saw an ISIS beheading from that site you posted a few days back. The girl was face down and struggling to get up as she was being decapitated. I've seen decapitations before--who hasn't--but that one for some reason was a bit more difficult to watch. I think it's the struggling that's the difficult bit to see.

I read a story about how this kid aged like 5 or 6 or so put his younger sibling in the oven and cooked the child alive. I'd imagine that'd be pretty hard to move on from even at that age.
