I did it when I was very young, the child agreed to be dressed up as a girl and be put in the suitcase (He's a bit odd like that), he had no idea though that we're going to put the suitcase beside the road. I don't remember who found him but it must have been a very fucked up experience for them. =)

I was once involved in a neighbourhood-wide fist fight amongst the 8-12 year olds in which everyone who was 8-12 showed up on a field and fought the people who sided with the other guy who started the fight off.
My side won, and then we crucified some kid who was sat with his back to us sobbing. But only with ropes though, not actually nailing him to the crucifix. But he got took down after about twenty minutes by his mum. She rang the police but he didn't know who we were because we blindfolded him from behind.
