You should never sleep with the heating on unless you live in a really cold country

I literally can't sleep higher than that.

My sleep quality is increased by a huge amount if I use an electric blanket on high, even in summer. I have also convinced women I've slept with that it's really nice.

I just sleep with whatever temperature happens to be around at the time.

It must be nice living in a climate which is temperate. I read a lot of Europeans don't even have air conditioning!

This is why Europe managed to shape the world

But Europe doesn't have a monopoly on temperate climates. A lot of America (North, Central, and South) is temperate but the natives never managed to shape much 🤔

Nobody does in Western Europe really, it's mostly in office blocks and shops.

Sorry, lad. I didn't even think of that. Should have checked my climate privilege.

PSA: The world's top sleep experts have scientifically concluded that the proper sleeping temperature is in fact 55° F (13° C).

Any warmer than that and you might as well sleep on a bed of hot coals, after downing a nice warm glass of cyanide.
