I'll be getting boosters as often as is necessary. I don't want to get long covid, I don't want to become unwell from covid.
Omicron BA.2 is sufficiently transmissible and the vaccines are less effective than desired to make vaccination compulsory. However just because it's not compulsory doesn't mean it's not worthwhile.
Not that I take access of every vaccine. I decided to not get the hepatitis vaccine because of stories of major side effects in the 90s, and my risk profile for hepatitis is low.
However with Omicron it's different. You're not rimming a stranger in a bathhouse, you're walking through a supermarket.

Feeling similarly, I don’t get the flu shot every year either. I got 3 COVID shots so I feel pretty safe. Know lots of people who only got two and never got sick. Seems like the newer variants aren’t as bad/less lethal

All I can say is I've had covid twice, once before being vaccinated and again this past January. It Sucks but so does the Flu. Covid didn't kill me but I very Strongly suspect that Something Will!
But I can't really blame the snowflake to much.
Covid has been hyped as a death sentence on par with Bubonic plague and pancreatic cancer by Fauci and the lamestream media when the fact is that most of it's victims were people with one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel.
Not to mention the fact that some of the deaths were from Covid and some were people who died of other causes while also infected with covid. Even with that said, I wonder how many deaths were contributed to covid just to inflate the numbers?
