Hey y'all, let's share some of our daily affirmations for better mental health and wellness ;) Here are mine.
• Mentally Clear and Focused
• Open in mind, heart and soul
• I see in full and all ranges of view, and then some
• I can process all thoughts, ideas, and situations within microseconds
• I am free and safe to speak and write my thoughts and feelings without any to much repercussions
• I have great self-esteem and self-confidence while remaining humble and appreciative of inputs and support from others
• Got myself out of ruts, depressions, and self-destructions
• I don’t obsess over little and trivial things
• I have pretty good wit, and
• I can argue with a sound and focused mind. My counter-points are also improving and coming in more quick.
• My paths, goals, and better and expanded purposes are more clear and cocise [sic] to and with me.
• “Hi! That outfit looks great on you, like your style. Ooh. don’t they have a variety of choices. I’d dig your vibe. Wanna hang?”
• I have a much easier time approaching and talking with others. And if I accidentally flirt, so be it. ;)
• I don’t hide behind excuses; I own up to my mistakes.
• I live in the Present Moments, but keep track of my surroundings.
• I need no approval from haters and strangers; I ignore the comments section.
• I’ve got self esteem and confidence in spades
• I am found and check and know my paths and way.
• I have dipped down deep into myself, realized my faults and resolved them.
• I set my mind to a goal, I get it done.
• Haters to the left gonna hate; they do not make up the majority
• I see through facades and read your auras, vibes and body language (even through digital text, Anons); you are not fooling or deceiving me.
• I feel and sense the emotions in others.
• I feel a pain going in, I listen and keep back, unless I really need to.
• I listen to my instincts and vibrations.
• I don’t cling, I don’t stalk, and I don’t simp.
• I check in with my friends as often as I need to.
• I don’t run away from my troubles.
• I ignore the bullies.
• I can defend myself from any threat.
• I am optimistic
• I keep any and all viruses and pains out by willpower.
• My optimism will never be shaken nor discouraged.
• My mental and emotional recoveries are quick.
• I can turn pain into energy, power and inner strength.
• I am aware of as many details of the situation, location, and moment as possible, if not every single detail
• I see the fated signs all around me.
• I don’t miss a beat.
• I seize the moment and opportunity when the moment and time are right.
• I Love Myself.
• I see and feel everyone around me and everywhere around me and everywhere between all local universes, timelines, and so on.
• I see throughout all of time and space.
• I talk with others in other universes, and I can talk with spirits, too.
• I think and process within a microsecond.
• I fully think before I speak.
• I do not get distracted.
• I memorize names, faces, and all details, and can recall them quick with no problem.
• I manage my time and resources well.
• I am a great listener, even with children.
• I like and tolerate the ugly, handicapped, deformed, and unappreciated souls and individuals.
• I prefer substance over looks.
• My priorities are in better order and organization.
• I get good guidance from myself and all I trust.
• I prefer eye-contact and pleasant conversations over any digital media or book.
• Experience is the best teacher.
• My routines are random from day to day, depending on situations.
• I know better from my failed and lost relationships.
• I perform better with others.
• I get by and can succeed by myself.
• My kind of sex is one that is fulfiling.
