If you want to get that glow, ensure there's no trace of makeup before you go to bed. Use Makeup removers.
Sleep does wonders to your skin, so try to get atleast 7 to 8 hours of rest everyday.
Drink lots of water, and if you can try to have at least 2 to 3 glasses of coconut water a day. Drinking more water will definitely help all skin types keep their complexions in top shape. Water cleanses our internal organs, hydrates and flushes impurities from our bodies, which if left sitting around in there may affect our faces. My oily skin has definitely been less greasy since I started consuming a liter or more of water per day, not to mention the exercise from going to the bathroom more often.
Work out is a good way to keep your skin healthy as it detoxifies the body.
Stick to a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables. Opt for salads instead of oily food. Use less oil while cooking. Try steaming, baking or roasting instead. It saves you a lot of calories, and is lighter to digest.
Is is also very important to go on a calorie binge at times. If gorging on a chocolate pastry makes you happy, go ahead. But remember to do this not more once a week. It could go the other way, and you may have to repent.
Honey: Aside from being a delicious treat and sweetener, honey is a popular beauty aid because of its hydrating and nourishing properties. Honey has been used to treat the scalp when it is swollen and itchy from dandruff. Mix some honey with a little warm water and dab it on the affected area of your scalp. You can leave 15 minutes and rinse, or leave it on overnight for a longer treatment.
Avocado: Avocadoes were highly revered for their beautifying properties, and now we know that the oil of the avocado is an excellent emollient and moisturizer. Try taking one-half of an avocado and mashing it into a pulp. Apply the pulp evenly to your face and leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with tepid water. It is great for hydrating the skin and makes a wonderful winter skin treatment.

Apply water to body often.
Your shower can do this job adequately.

Essential fatty acids are found in healthy oils and fats. They are a must since they condition skin, hair and nails from within. Eat a diet with plenty of olive oil, avocado, oily fish, seeds and nuts to maintain a youthful appearance (translation: plump, smooth skin)

I only shower once per week because doing it too much removes the scalp's and body's essential oils and dries out the skin. It is not healthy to bathe too much.

One glass of water a day? Were you constantly tired, in pain, hallucinating, and severely dehydrated? There is no way you were not.

Nope. ^_^
I was tired, true. But that was mostly from physical training and lack of sleep.

The panacea (pronounced /pænəˈsiËÉ™/), named after the Greek goddess of healing, Panacea, also known as panchrest, was supposed to be a remedy that would cure all diseases and prolong life indefinitely. It was sought by the alchemists as a connection to the elixir of life and the philosopher's stone, a mythical substance which would enable the transmutation of common metals into gold.
Very good. You are proficient in using Wikipedia. However, if you understood a modern context of the word, you would know that it applies to being a 'cure-all-for-what-ails-you', which is what urine does. You clearly do not understand this because you are swayed by Western taboo views. If you had a PhD like me, this would make sense to you.
No. It has no use to me. You clearly do not understand because you lack a PhD. Urine only has the panacea qualities when it's your own. However, I know someone who might be interested in your offer.
Picture related.

Use some kind of peeling at least once a week; not only will it make you look more attractive, but it also lessen the likelihood of future impurities.
I used to have a recipe for a regenerative mask composed of wheatgerm and honey, but it was lost it while I reorganising my documents.
Don't be afraid to alter your hairstyle dramatically: Who knows, maybe cornrows fit to that jawline of yours?
A large part of your attractiveness depends on a certain trait man has called many things over the centuries; be it "Charisma", "Presence", or simply "that certain vibe", they all describe a dynamic phenomenon that is hard to fit into the corset of our language.
It begins with the way you walk.
Do your shoulders droop forward as if you were permanent fear of decapitation?
Do you slouch as if your spine were twice as old and feeble as the rest of your body?
Have you detected a tendency to use clothing, baggage or hair to obscure your features?
does your glance dart nervously all over a group of people before being directed towards the ground?
^-All those patterns silently speak of somebody who has lost their way, has some kind of hidden guilt and doesn't want people to approach.
However, the other extreme is just as bad:
Do you stand unnaturally stiff like a pole, with your knees locked into position?
Do you ususally interact in straight lines (e.g: always look straight ahead, never make any hand-gestures etc.)?
^--This gives off the impression of somebody who has already made up their mind about everything, who might be somwhat judgemental or lack a sense of humour.

Fortunately, posture is responsive to training as long as underlying issues are addressed as well.
Stand straight, but allow your knees to remain un-locked.
Your spine is naturally curved; respect that.
If somebody were determined to chop of your head, they would do so, no matter if it is between your shoulder blades or not, so you might as well show it.
Survey a room you enter without staring (this comes with time).
Last but not least: smile.
