Okay, OP, I promise I am saying this to help you- this is not real. No kind of banking official would email you saying they'll give you $1.5 if you just give them whatever money you can within 48 hours. I guarantee you, it's a scam. Nobody just gets emailed an offer for that much money in exchange for a smaller payment.
Please block that email. It's someone trying to trick you.
