They are not. In France, waitservice is a profession, not a gig for students. French waiters are very, very knowledgeable about the food and wine at their establishment, and they expect their diners to be both sophisticated, and to take them seriously. If some American tourist goes and loudly asks for Coke and Hamburger and is demanding, they will treat them likewise.

Ok so you are saying that my registered business (which is not the name of the food truck) is not in good standing with the taxman? Well, I file the business along with my personal taxes (100% legal as a sole proprietorship LLC), and as far as I know, I am in good standing. If you have info otherwise, I would like to know so I can sort it out. As long as it does not in any way dox me, or in any way involve my family, or put my business at any risk with the stalkers here, go ahead. I guess I should know if there is a problem.
