I wouldn't say 'religious'. I have a spirituality but it's not tied to any religion. I tend to think any kind of 'higher' consciousness is revealed by great artists (Beethoven, Bach, Schubert, Michelangelo, Raphael etc), not 'holy' books. My position on the existence of a 'God' is agnostic.

First two humans doesn't mean "only" 2 humans. The Bible leaves out things its writers didn't feel were relevant. We have no idea how Jesus celebrated his 18th for example, because it's likely he just went for some takeout falafel and a few shots of Arak with his mates.

There's no way to tell which parts, if any, are true other than ongoing historical and archeological analysis. Some of the historical events described in the Bible are effectively facts, but of course most of the 'religious' stuff (the miracles and so on) is likely bollocks. It's pretty much a fact that there was a guy called Jesus who was a kind of rabbi in 1st century Judea. That he raised Lazarus from the dead and walked on water is almost certainly horseshit, in my opinion.
