This is impossible. Changing images has never displayed the 'edited by' notice, but changing the post's content always displays it. There's no way for mods to edit a user's post and hide that notice.

Changing (gerund substantive as subject) pictures (direct object) that are not violating rules (relative clause) is (main conjugated verb) modabuse (predicate nominative compliment).
