Yeah stealthbans are broken. You have an IPV6 IP address so you can see them due to a bug. I'll disable stealthbans.

Bollocks along these lines I think: https://github.com/Minichan/Minichan/blob/3972ed260c271c4dce433a825525c0b709a68754/includes/functions.php#L1963

There are functions elsewhere that have similar behaviour, expecting `.` in IPs and potentially misbehaving when they get 2001:0000:3238:DFE1:0063:0000:0000:FEFB instead.

When I do fix it, I'll probably have a fair rewrite of functions.php as a whole...
