On very rarely posts on there, and trucker probably visits once or twice every 6 months.
On is ok. Trucker knew how to get under Bert's skin. During their battles, TC was the place to go for entertainment.

I imagine whoever runs Tinychan either isn't doing well financially, or doesn't want to invest much into the place (i.e. the monthly $5 it would cost for a DigitalOcean droplet, which TinyBBS/MiniBBS is more than capable of running on).
