I couldn't agree more. If I were them, I would at least add actual Wiener schnitzel to the menu just to justify the name. Even a shitty bastardized, Americanized version of it. I would not be able to stand owning a restaurant named Wienerschnitzel without making at least a nominal effort to offer the eponymous dish. This is not because I give a damn about "authenticity" or "appropriating" Austrian culture, but because I'm kind of an autist and think things should be accurately described.
