So how do you use your mouse? "Moving the mouse should be gentle, driven by the elbow and shoulders." Fuck off, if I'm moving my arm and shoulders like I'm punching some fuckhead, it's not going to be gentle. I just barely move my mouse with my hand. The pointer settings ensure that it doesn't take a fucking broad stroke to move the pointer on the screen a good distance. Stuff gets done fast that way. Zip zap rap.

You really should use a trackball or trackpoint if you aren't a complete pleb. That being said, if you MUST use a mouse, I find the best way is to kick the table sharply, causing it to move underneath the mouse.
