Leaving aside the obvious racism, I don't get why he thinks threatening us would have any impact. We don't take his threats seriously because he's not a serious person, and it's unclear what he would even do. Ban evade? He clearly doesn't have the technical knowledge to hack us or anything. It's completely ineffective. He's seen too many movies where a character will make a vague, ominous threat. Those are only scary if the person making them could plausibily do a lot of bad things, including some you can't even begin to conceive of. Bert could plausibly do maybe 2 things, which makes his vague threats just so incredibly empty. He's gonna what, use a VPN/delete his cookies and start lurking/posting again? Make angry shitposts on Tinychan about how awful we are? Who is scared of that? Idk, it's all so silly.

A fun thing to do with bert is when he starts a rant is tell him he is banned 30 minutes. But wait 45 before lifting the ban as that will give him 15 minutes of trying to get in to work himself into a real rage. Then after he goes totally off tell him he is being banned for an hour to cool off, but don't let him back in till the next day. He will be furious by then. A ban will never change bert so just play with him like a puppy would with a sock. Shake him around for a bit and then let him lay till you feel like playing again.
