Yeah you probably took it too soon. Look up the half-life and use that to calculate when to take the second dose. Dex IR only lasted a few hours for me, I don't remember how long adderall XR lasted. Iirc the halflife of the XR was 5 hours but you should check that.

No it's weed to pharmaceutical standards, so you can be certain of thc/CBD levels and consistent quality and dose properly. This doesn't exist anywhere else yet. Not difficult to get prescribed if you have a medical issue it can actually benefit, plus it's covered by health insurance. It's also sold by normal pharmacists instead of random stoners
