They should absolutely 100% have a federal database of people who have and have not received a vaccine, but they likely will not. They don't have one for the flu shot afaik.
And I dont get "microchipping" as a fear. You currently have multiple devices with "microchips" in them. Most people have phones on them tracking their every movement with pinpoint precision. What the heck would a vaccine do that Google and Apple and Microsoft aren't already doing? This microchip stuff is some weird vestigial conspiracy shit from the like 80s and 90s when computers were new and scary to the average consumer. Your bank has a record of every purchase you've made with your debit or credit card. Everything you do is already tracked passively in one form or another, pretty much. Tracking someone's location financially is dependent on atm records bank transaction and debit/ credit card records.

...what? 96 percent of Americans own a cell phone and 80% own a smartphone. These numbers are not going to go down substantially any time soon. And what the heck does "5g wifi" (whatever that is) have to do with this? If a secret cabal of billionaires were controlling the world and trying to control people by making them carry around microchipped devices capable of receiving 5G signals, they have succeeded in doing do for 96% of Americans.
