bullying? I saw a youtube thumbnail of a kid with ridiculously large front teeth sticking out of his mouth and had to laugh and say "holy shit". The title was "boy bullied for buck teeth..."

I certainly hope not. As a bullied child, I can tell you that it does lasting psychological damage.

What did you get bullied about? And I mean if the counselor successfully stifles their laughter, the kid won't know and thus won't be hurt.
