I think I ruined my progress by stopping using the cream yesterday then today I took amassive shit, went cycling for a couple of hours and now just finished my weights set. Seriously dude. Best take care of that. You keep fucking off and it keeps popping out, there will come a time in the near future it will build up scar tissue and won't just go away and you will end up with your feet in the stirrups with your butthole exposed to a doctor and probably a fat, ugly nurse holding your ass cheeks agape and a laser shoved up your rectal cavity trying to reconstruct your assring.
