I know laptops with integrated graphics are very poor for gaming, but it's the only computer I have. Would GTA IV have any chance of running decently on my laptop?
Specs are: 6GB RAM, Core i5 2410m at 2.3GHz (with Turbo Boost to 2.9GHz), and Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics.

Pirate it and find out if you can make it run satisfactorily before purchasing.
You can tweak the settings quite a bit and get it running on not-so-great hardware.
Also, I hear the patches were a godsend for people on low-end machines; I wouldn't know though because I am too lazy to patch and my copy runs fine.

Having a real graphics card instead of "intel graphics" would help, but the computer should be able to run it just fine. It's a 3-year-old game, after all.
