Hot water bottles are fantastic! I got one with an amazing soft fluffy cover from Boots. My ex got it for me when she found out I'd never used one.

I have looked into microwaveable bags of various types. There are different materials out there, everything from rice to flax. Perhaps I'll order some of this and that.
