I'm guessing if your near mountains you need to find a spring (natural water outlet). As it is above the areas man induced pollution the water will be be in a good condition, generally.

Taco Bell is because they use basically dog food-caliber ground meat for their tacos, not so much the spiciness. Hot food definitely disrupts the digestive system for me though.
