Live Science seems to think so but I question this notion. If it works by seeding the information into the brain for it to recovery later then I can maybe see that, but how does this work?
I suppose it could be a repetition thing. The more you do it the more you retain. I just don’t see how this works.

If it did then people who fall asleep during class would learn as much as those who stayed awake. Judging by ni??as I know whom slept through class, it doesn't seem to work very well ?
