You know, it's ordinary for people to buy used houses. That means people did their whatevers in there. You had all those farts in there, kids and their boogers, the boys jacking off all over the place. And yet people are queezy about buying a murder house? Come on. Then there's the haunted houses. You get a discount for real because somehow people have it in their heads that ghosts are in there and that's a minus.
