Would make more sense for everyone to automatically have a government savings account accessible from the Post Office that automatically gets filled with people's SS payments, stimulus checks, tax refunds, etc. tbh.

It could also just be USD based like bank accounts and retirement accounts that anyone can already access from home. I just don't get the value that cryto adds here.
