I have searched far and wide the world wide web and I could not find any evidence that Avatar the Last Airbender is banned in China.

There seems like good reason why they'd ban that cartoon given how the nation which is inspired by China has a secret police and the main character is practically a Tibetan, but I don't think it's banned.
