I fucking hate how common it is for guys to think body hair is fine on men but disgusting on women.

Somewhat ironically i shaved my snatch just before posting all that.
It's just a pet peeve of mine because it seems so fucking common but even a couple seconds of thought would make it obvious how absurd it is. Goes along with the guys who want a woman who isn't high maintenance about her appearance/make fun of how long she takes in the bathroom but still expect her to be completely flawless, and the guys who think women aren't wearing any makeup if they don't see flashy eyeshadow or bright red lips, who tell women they're naturally beautiful and use pictures of full-faced makeup as examples.

Hah. Nice. Yeah there are a lot of nonsensical double standards. Humans are hairy! Some are more hairy than others, but to act like women have some kind of societal obligation to shave their pubic hair is dumb. That's something that you can talk about with your partner, because everyone has their own individual preference on this of course. Using an epilator, getting waxed, etc. is super painful and expecting women to do that while letting men do whatever they want is a huge double standard. Kinda like birth control tbh. Women have to take all kinds of chemicals and shove metal inside them, but dudes just have to put a thin layer of plastic on their dick. And they still will try to get out of it! Not that I'm the person to criticize others because I didn't use much protection with my last partner, but they preferred that anyway so idk.
