It's hilarious because the headline, while technically true, misrepresents the story. A man who refused to wear a mask was shot dead by police. After he stabbed an old man and threatened a cop with a knife. Leaving that second bit out makes it sound like he was shot by the cop because he didn't wear a mask. But his not wearing a mask really had nothing to do with why the cop shop him. Using a provocative headline makes it seem like the cop saw an unmasked person just minding his own business and decided the penalty for non-compliance was death. Even though that's totally not what happened.
