Not true, our local smart guy just today revealed that Type 1 can also be reversed with exercise and healthy eating. Those damm lazy Type 1s just aren't trying hard enough.

Nope a type 1's body will reject the insulin produced by the pancreas. Doctors do not have a way to fix that. They can only deal with it.

This. The beta cells in the pancreas' islets are either totally destroyed, or at least rendered unable to produce insulin through major loss of mass after the immune system's twattering.
