I don't know my blood type. Maybe I should try to find out.
I don't know mine either.
The guy I'm talking to told me that he had a special blood type that better protects him against coronavirus. He said that the doctors told him it was sort of a blessing and a curse because the blessing is that he can donate blood to whomever, but there aren't too many people who can donate blood to him.

I don’t remember what it’s called either so I looked it up. Internet sez:
Donors with blood type O... can donate to recipients with blood types A, B, AB and O (O is the universal donor: donors with O blood are compatible with any other blood type)
Furthermore:
What's the rarest blood type?
AB-negative (.6 percent)
B-negative (1.5 percent)
AB-positive (3.4 percent)
A-negative (6.3 percent)
O-negative (6.6 percent)
B-positive (8.5 percent)
A-positive (35.7 percent)
O-positive (37.4 percent)
Guess your friend has blood type O-negative then
And also:
On the other hand, having Type O blood was associated with a 35% reduced risk of the disease.
