I'm gonna go galaxy brain on this and say instead of mocking him, we should be compassionate because he has credibility with the Covid deniers and stories like his are the only thing that is going to save lives among these people. He's learned and demonstrated real growth as a person.

Yeah everyone has stupid beliefs sometimes. I'm glad he's learned and didn't double down somehow. However...god knows how many people he infected before he was hospitalized and started taking it seriously.
