You're not wrong. Other... Similar users at least have the upside of not doing it constantly and at least being consistently funny (if only unintentionally). With him it was just constant shit-stirring and weird walls of text. He would never really respond to requests to stop his provocative behaviour, either. He would, at best, do this obtuse thing where he wouldn't mention a thing by name, but would constantly tell the people he was hassling that he wasn't allowed to discuss the thing.
Funny story, I actually didn't notice how disruptive he was for a long time because I had quickly decided to simply not read his posts. But when I was made a mod I was obligated to read quite a few od his posts, and I soon understood why many users disliked him.

He could be funny at times. Even his wall of text you could find some funny shit in it. But he could also be a cruel and vicious stalker at times. He had mental issues.
