Some counties are cracking down on the cars sitting in yards, but Kansas is mostly very rural, things are different in the city... the country rocks, I mean everything is a decent drive, but its quiet and private, the people are different etc. I would never want to live a city, gah... I dunno how y'all do it, but I'm glad you do, so we country folk can keep our wide open spaces.
