A USAmerican politician named Newt Gingrich. It's a weird and unflattering caricature of him that doesn't make much sense.

Oh I forgot about that guy. Do you understand what the picture is trying to convey?

It's clearly supposed to be critical of him. I'm not sure what message is being conveyed by him lifting weights with "Southern Strategy" (the strategy popularized by Nixon/Repubs to win over historically Democratic white voters by focusing on issues of race and crime) written on them.

Mysterious. Someone put a lot of effort into that, too!

Yup! I should be clear that the Southern strategy began with Nixon, but has been re-used and tweaked since then, given that it was so effective. Newt played a big role in that as the Speaker of the House and a major player behind the "Republican revolution" in the 90s. It's still a weird and clunky way of conveying an idea though.

I know this isn't nude, but I don't like naked caricatures of real people, or ones where they are performing sex acts

I agree. I think it's a classless cheap shot that just seems mean-spirited. Everyone has a fear of being naked in public and drawing someone naked in public only serves to embarrass them. There are plenty of better ways to make whatever point you are trying to make by drawing them naked.

Yeah this is now veering way off topic from newts but male nudity is generally seen as comedic or embarrassing, whereas female nudity which is heavily sexualized. It's messed up regardless, don't draw people nude!

I've also seen Trump drawn nude, with a tiny penis to shame him
That isn't okay

Yes I dont agree with the body shaming of him. There are so many legitimate criticisms of him that focusing on him being fat or having a small penis seems unnecessary.
