I had like an epididymal cyst awhile back.
Not knowing what it was at first was scary. Fortunately it subsided on it's own and went away.

I had like this big bump on my shoulder once. I took a sewing needling about as long and twice as thick as a toothpick and stuck it down in there.
A bunch of stuff came out and then I had to keep tensing my muscle there and a lot more came out. I was relieved to take care of that.

Attached to one of my chestnuts. That was why it was scary. It opened up a tiny hole and drained a bit slowly over a week or so and then I could tell it had gone away.

I once had an infection in my scrotum. My right chestnut filled with pus and it was so painful that I could barely walk. Then one day I was naked and looking at it, and I must have moved thr right way, because a little hole opened up, and a stream of bloody pus shot across my living room, and the pain subsided!
