No, the Supreme court ruled that people cannot be fired for being gay or trans. very different. A step forward, even though all it means is that companies will find some other bullshit excuse (or fire them for no reason at all). However, it does mean the companies stupid enough to say or write that the employee is fired for being gay or trans can now have action taken against them.
