When these ignorant dumbfucks resist arrest and attempt to run away the cops responsibility is to escalate the action and lay the smack down.
The disgusting criminals arent responding to ideals of decency or dignity yet every whines like bitches when the cops have to deal with these out of control idiots.
A police says you are under arrest you calmly put your damn hands behind your back and stfu and comply.

Which is weird because they're the same paranoid wankers whose justification for the 2nd Amendment in a modern America is being able to repel an aggressive state.
Believe me, if the US had a socialist government right now Bert would not be advocating for blind compliance with the police.
