I found out my dad's anti-semitic. I worked briefly for a Jewish summer camp who tried not to pay us. I called the labour board who got us paid. When I told my dad about it he just said something about that's what happens when you work for "those people" ._.

Lol I have a similar story my grandpa did engineering in the Middle East in the 70s and early 80’s and said the Israelis ripped off the laborers on the project
Funny enough he did work installing telecommunication stuff for Iran pre revolution along the afghan border so he might have known syntax

I believe it's referring to white parents being embarrassing by trying too hard to relate to their child's friends of a different race and somewhat missing the mark (ie an African-American likely wouldn't be wearing traditional African garb). It doesn't really fit with the OP post tho.
