Topic: Are Democrats suffering from outrage burnout?

The rioting and looting and the burning of black communities may be great fun for them, but they're outraged about the police still, right? The astroturfed movement has everything going for it from media bias to corporate sponsorship but it lacks people actually thinking that defunding the police while violent riots are happening is a good idea.
Democrats are moving on and not listening to their social influencer shills and ignoring forcibly pushed "trending" topics, but why is that?
Are the Karens waking up to the fact that if you remove the police they will have no one to call when they get 9 nuggets in their 10 piece happy meals?
Can the outrage be sustained? A lot of the outrage output was soaked up on people daring to leave their houses and open their businesses. Democrats are going to need a school shooting sooner rather than later as outrage levels begin to drop, but at this point it might have to be a white cop shooting up a school full of black kids while defying social distancing orders...
