Sandwich trucks are probably not that bad during a pandemic. Its outdoors, there are rarely more than 2 employees, and as long as you social distwnce before and after placing your order it seems like it could work.

Police claimed our local food truck was hijacked and stolen during a protest but it was still in town the next day, and they still made delicious gyros.
