Recently, you may have seen people on the internet using the word "simp". While you also might have seen people saying it refers to men who suck up to women, that is a misdirection.
"Simp" is actually a covert way for gay men to signal their homosexuality to other gay men. It's an acronym, standing for "semen interests me, pal".
So, next time you see a man say simp, on here or anywhere else, remember what they're really saying: "semen interests me, pal".

Yes, this is a common misconception. I thought that too when I first saw it being used. But no, on more trendy corners of the internet, it's been co-opted by gays.
It is highly likely that certain men on Minichan will begin using this term, so it's important that people are aware of what it means.
