So I’ve had a lot of anxiety that I could be bi or gay because of my intrusive thoughts no matter how much I wish to rid myself of these thoughts they just keep coming back. I’ve only ever been emotionally and sexually attracted to women in the past but now I started to have intrusive thoughts which make me think what would it feel like to suck a dick or what would it feel like to have on inside of me. I have no intention to act on these thoughts but they really do bother me and have made me quite depressed. Is there anyway that I could stop these thoughts and continue to live my life as a normal straight male?

Ugh. You just made me lose The Game now. Itsy your anxiety about the intrusive thoughts making it worse. By trying not to think about them, you're just going to make it worse. Just try and go with it and not get bothered by it. Maybe look into getting something to help with your anxiety.

I have another hypothesis: obsessive disorder, perhaps not to a pathological level, but when you don't enjoy it, it's disorder at least. You can work yourself into a tizzy if you try not to think of things. So, perhaps stop giving a shit one way or the other, and your mind may get bored of it.

It’s funny like OP might have gay urges but if he doesn’t want to act on them then that’s his choice. I don’t understand why that would make him nervous or anxious because it’s not like it will impact him sexually with women since he’s still into them.
Bi is like the most benign and non-consequential orientation because you can live life as a straight person if you choose

Sorry that you are having intrusive thoughts which are making you unhappy. I went through some a while back, they lasted for a number of years then they just went away. My suggestion is to see your doctor and see if any medicine could be used to help. Good luck buddy.
