Topic: Could somebody please describe the taste of a banana?

Hey guys,

I come here with an odd request, and I will get straight to the point - could somebody please describe the taste of a banana to me? I live on a colonian island in South America and although they grow plentifully, they are forbidden for us to eat. We are told that they will make us sick, that they are the forbidden fruit... but I know this not to be true - for example I can still use the internet to do my research.

So, please... any 'qualia' descriptions would be fantastic. I hope some day that I will be allowed to access one , because sure would love to try one.
