It's great and pretty versatile! Soy sauce is a tasty seasoning and hits your umami taste buds, soy milk is pretty nice and soy mince (£1.99 for a 375g bag at Holland and Barrett) is pretty good and lasts you ages!
I've had shepard's pie before. There is a UKBrit here who owns a trading card shop, he made some for my room mates and I when I was living with his daughter.

I wonder why this became a meme in right-wing circles? I know that the NPC thing came about because of /pol/ misunderstanding a study on how people think.

There is some stuff about soy containing estrogen or something. Idk the specifics and I'm not a food scientist. Asian people have been eating soy for thousands of years and they manage to stil exist so my guess is it's all made up fearmongering.

It supposedly contains compounds that react in the brain similarly to estrogen. There is no hard scientific proof to back this, however.

I think ur body will produce less estrogen if you ingest soy actually since the plant estrogen sometimes binds to E receptors. I am not a doctor

It does not, but I believe it can act as a mild Estrogen blocker. Soybois are buff

I've watched a few videos on soy. It contain phytoestrogens, which are plant based and not at all similar to the human hormone estrogen. You're more likely to get estrogen from female mammals like, I don't know, cow lactations or chicken periods. https://youtu.be/C8dfiDeJeDU
