You know when someone is telling a story on reddit or 4chan or whatever about someone, and they say something like this:

> My friend of 2 years, we'll call her [fake name]

More egregious is when they say "We'll call her A" or something

Just use the fuckin real name, it's not any less anonymous???

In fact, I remember one time I was reading a short story online, which was fiction, and they still used A, B, C, etc. for character names. It was impossible to read!
