Largely unconstitutional and R's will not like the powers granted by this to be wielded by the next Democratic president. If you think this is good you have been sadly misled!

Twitter added their own content to Trumps content which led to CNN. Twitter stopped being a platform and became a publisher.

"In a country that has long cherished the freedom of expression, we cannot allow a limited number of online platforms to hand-pick the speech that Americans may access and convey online. This practice is fundamentally un-American and anti-democratic. When large, powerful social media companies censor opinions with which they disagree, they exercise a dangerous power"
This is the same Donald Trump who was recently demanding Chris Wallace be fired from Fox for "allowing" Democrat opinions on his show and then went on to urge his Twitter followers to stop watching the network because "they are no longer helping us get re-elected".

So you dont think there will be widespread fraud if they mail out tens of millions of ballots?
This is like the opposite of voter ID at the polling stations.
Which method is likely to include fraud?
Should we not make every effort to avoid fraud?

I think it is irrelevant and yes I also do think there will not be widespread fraud. Just look at Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Utah, who have been mailing out collectively millions of ballots for years and have no significant fraud problems.

I know that Minichan's right wing aren't always the finest conservative thinkers of our generation, but they still find ways to disappoint me with their strongman worship.
In today's example, it is perfectly on the level for a nation's head of state to say the election is being rigged against him without any evidence, while a company that contradicts him on this are the ones with an agenda. It's somewhat depressing.

Also, if someone (Trump in this case) is pretending to be outraged about a supposedly censorship-ridden pro-China platform that is seeking to undo the fabric of American freedoms, it's probably unwise to be the person who uses that platform more than literally any other human being on the face of the earth to spew his batshit insane conspiracy theories and call for the firing of highly respected journalists for "allowing" Democrat opinions on their shows.

Not as funny as when he set up a commission on voter fraud to validate his claims, which then went on to find nothing and was quietly disbanded. It's almost like he doesn't care about the evidence and is knowingly lying about it.

Yes he is conflating two very different claims either because he wants to deliberately mislead or because he genuinely does not understand what he is talking about. Trump would always say that Dems would rig voting by having vote totals changed, letting millions of illegal immigrants vote in key swing states like...California and New York (it was never a very smart claim). Democrats countered by saying that basically there were 50 different elections being run, and there was no effective way to coordinate doing that even if you really wanted to. In that way, it was impossible to rig a presidential election.
What the Ruskies did is very far from that, and was a lot more of spreading disinformation and general fuckery. They didn't rig the election, they just interfered in it. The US should be no stranger to that, as it's done much worse than that to many Central and South American countries over the course of its history. This is just a dumb false equivalency.
This is all just a diversion by him to avoid revealing he doesn't even begin to understand the legal and constitutional flaws with this er...order. The toilet paper in my bathroom is more constitutional than 80% of this thing.

This is a trick. They imply that to rig an election you need a super villen type character to coordinate it from the top down in a masterplan kind of way. In relality, it's done at a grassroots level by corrupt people who work within local elections and have little to lose.

Well, one could set up a commission on electoral fraud to investigate the matter. Seeing as how that actually happened and it came up empty, either these numerous corrupt officials were all able to avoid detection by a hostile administration that was actively looking for them, or they don't really exist.

Good point. However when someone in authority says something that is wrong, I don't have a problem with it. Let's suppose that Obama wrote on his Twitter account before the 2016 election "due to large number of voters the Presidential election is on Tuesday November 8th if you are voting Democrat, it's Wednesday 9th for other parties" I would expect Twitter to fact check it.
