(CNN) -- Philadelphia police arrested three juveniles and a 19-year-old on assault, reckless endangerment and robbery charges after a rampaging mob struck the Center City area, causing minor injuries to two people, according to police.
The youngest of the juveniles to be arrested is 11, according to Officer Christine O'Brien. The others are 16 and 17; none of them are being identified because of their age.
The 19-year-old was identified as Raymond Gatling, according to the Philadephia District Attorney's office.
The Friday night mob is the latest to plague the city in recent months.
"They just appeared, they showed up immediately, weren't wearing shirts, and beat two men and a woman," said bar manager Casey Neff, who didn't see the incident but said his security staff did.
Another bar manager, citing reports from his security team -- which witnessed the attack -- said the mob of at least a couple dozen kids was chaotic.
"Some were fighting among themselves, they turned the corner and that's where they attacked that couple," said Jeff Kile of the Good Dog Bar.
District Attorney Seth Williams said his office would seek to prosecute the suspects to the "fullest extent of the law."
"We will not tolerate marauding, destructive youth terrorizing our city," he said. "We are also working with the police department to find ways to prevent these destructive and asinine occurrences from happening again.""

These mobs have been happening in Philly fairly often. They attack random strangers.
They don't get together to best people up, but to hang out. Being inner city black youths, it quickly turns to violence.
It's all they know. Philadelphia has an extremely high murder rate, because of the Negro communities attitudes to violence. If you bump in to a guy in a club, chances are he will be waiting outside for you with a gun. Mote likely he'll just shoot a bunch of people outside the club, cause he doesn't remember who did it. No snitching, so they often get away with it.
It's a black problem. I have to pay a city income tax that's more than the state to support this Negro menace.
Philadelphia would be a much nicer place if the children of criminals and crack whores were shot.
