I didn't like it when I tried it many years ago. But I want to give it another chance. I've heard that some people eat it spread thinly on toast with apricot jam. I'd like to try that combination

Ugh, I am 99% sure I have an intolerance to yeast and other fungi as that Marmite has made me feel very sick. I will never, ever eat Marmite again.
