The cup on left is a sturdy cup! It has a thick base, and it is the same size all the way up. That is some low center of gravity. On the right, a clumsy cup. Gets wider at the top and has a flimsy base. Gonna topple over easily.

Green, cups are vessels that have saucers. That is an image of mugs, beakers or glasses.
btw standing them both on the same coaster is a sure fire way of getting them to topple.
